What is the difference between a Web designer and a Web developer.

Web Designer

The web designer’s job is to get look and the feeling of the site. Also they should be capable and experienced with scripting such as : Java script, Ajax, PHP, SQL, ASP.

The web designer will work along side the web developer.

Web Developer

The general role is:

  • Construction of software
  • Use of language and system such as PHP, ASP, MySQL
  • They can specialise in flash
